Kevin is an analyst with WestWater Research based out of the Fort Collins, Colorado office. Most of his work takes place in the Rocky Mountain Region with a focus on the Colorado market.
Prior to joining WestWater, Kevin worked in both the commercial and residential spheres of investment real estate where he provided key analysis on a variety of real estate product types. His work was frequently used as a tool to determine project feasibility, to acquire financing, and in litigation – specifically regarding disputes over loss of property value.

During his time at CSU, Kevin focused on western water markets, water law and policy, natural resource economics, and econometrics.
