Research Associate

Jack Carpenter is a Research Associate for WestWater Research in the Fort Collins, Colorado office. His expertise includes economic and financial analysis and insights on strategic water asset management planning, the value of water assets, water risk, water market dynamics, and project management.

Jacks’ project portfolio includes work with municipalities, private investors, state agencies, and large energy and mining clients for the purposes of water supply and acquisition strategy development, strategic water asset management planning, and water asset valuation analysis. He contributes to market research in the Rocky Mountain Region and studies Upper Colorado River Basin policies with respect to market impacts.

Jack holds a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) in Water Resources Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and a B.S. in Marine Biology from the University of California, San Diego.
