The Adaptors Part II: He Bought the Water

Earlier this year WestWater Research helped reporter Ryan Bradley fulfill his quest to buy water by arranging a lease with the Shoshone Bannock Tribes Water Bank. Ryan was able to rent 10 acre-feet for instream flow use. Ryan started his quest expecting to find steely-eyed water traders.  What he found was a much different water market.
