Tao Tao Shao

Research Associate

Tao Tao Shao is an Associate with WestWater Research in the California office, based in San Francisco. Tao Tao assists with water resource economics and valuation analysis, water market analysis, and project management across the Western US.

Previously, Tao Tao had seven years of experience as a water engineer in northern California, working on some of the largest water infrastructure projects in the region, ranging from desalination plants, pipelines, pump stations to dams and reservoirs. Prior to joining WestWater, Tao Tao worked as the water resources developer at Upwell Water.

Tao Tao holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a MS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
