WEBINAR January 14: Looking back at Colorado water and real estate in 2020

Join us on January 14th from 2pm-3pm MST as we bring together experts on water and real estate to discuss some of the major trends each saw in 2020, touching on themes on how each industry is interwoven with the other.

Our presenters from the Colorado Association of Realtors, WestWater Research, and Stillwater Resources will discuss, among other things, how COVID changed home buying patterns across the state, and how those new migratory patterns affected and were affected in turn by ongoing water supply constraints, especially in Northern Colorado.  They will break down price trends and other metrics in their respective industries and learn from one another about where Colorado’s fast-growing population will be located, and how it can be accommodated using innovative water transfer models.
