Audrey Goddard

Senior Associate

Audrey Goddard is a Senior Associate with WestWater Research, based in Phoenix, Arizona. She is responsible for water rights transactions research, market analysis, econometric and financial modeling, and water supply assessments across the Western US. One of Audrey’s primary roles is maintaining daily and comprehensive research on California water rights transactions and creating the weekly transaction reports that are used to calculate the NQH2O Index.

Audrey received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University in 2018 and joined the WestWater Team in 2017 as an intern. As a senior, Audrey completed her honors thesis on the effects of water right heterogeneity on price in California’s spot market using WestWater transactions data. During her time as a student, Audrey was employed by the W.P. Carey School of Business as a writing tutor and earned an International Business Certificate while studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
