Elliott Miller

Research Analyst

Elliott Miller is a Research Analyst at WestWater Research, based in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, he researches transactions in western states and assists with valuation projects, water due diligence research, and water supply planning.

Elliott earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Alabama, focusing on Water Resource Management. He then completed an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Sustainability from Colorado State University’s Impact MBA program. During his Capstone Fellowship, he conducted a comprehensive water resources inventory for Ball Corporation’s sustainability team, developed an internal framework for their water management plan, and provided financial and risk analysis for water use at each plant.

Before joining WestWater, Elliott worked as a Land Development Engineer, focusing on housing expansion in the Northern Front Range.
An avid outdoorsman, Elliott spends his free time mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and golfing. He also volunteers with organizations that develop trails and expand outdoor opportunities for various groups in the Northern Front Range of Colorado.
