The Value of Water in the Real Estate Industry

Brett Bovee recently wrote a short article for the Colorado Real Estate Journal describing basic concepts in valuing water rights, and providing some basic water market statistics for the Northern Colorado region.  The article explains the underlying concepts that frame how water rights are valued in transactions and how WestWater often looks at the value of a particular water right.
