WestWater Research Welcomes Elliott Miller as Water Research Analyst

WestWater Research is thrilled to announce the addition of Elliott Miller as a Research Analyst, based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Elliott brings a wealth of expertise and a strong educational background to our team, further enhancing our capabilities in water resource management and sustainability.

Elliott Miller joins us with a robust academic foundation and diverse professional experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Alabama, focusing on Water Resource Management. Furthering his education, Elliott obtained a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University’s Impact MBA program, with a specialization in Corporate Sustainability.

During his Capstone Fellowship at Ball Corporation, Elliott demonstrated his prowess in water management by performing a comprehensive water resources inventory. He developed an internal framework for the company’s water management plan and provided crucial financial and risk analysis for water use at various plants. This experience solidified his commitment to sustainability and resource management.

Before joining WestWater Research, Elliott served as a Land Development Engineer, where he played a pivotal role in expanding housing in the Northern Front Range. His professional journey includes roles such as Design Engineer at Avant Civil Group and Engineer I at Northern Engineering. His experience spans water resources and sustainability fellowships, underscoring his dedication to advancing water conservation and management.

Expressing his enthusiasm for joining WestWater Research, Elliott stated, “WestWater is unique in their breadth of knowledge of water use and water transactions in the West. Growing up around water and water management, it felt natural for me to join such a great team and help grow the future of water in the west, as well as make an impact in the communities that I have called home for my whole life.”

Elliott is not only a skilled engineer and analyst but also an avid outdoorsman. He spends his free time mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and golfing. Elliott is deeply committed to his community, volunteering with organizations that develop trails and expand outdoor opportunities in the Northern Front Range of Colorado.
