WestWater Welcomes Research Associate Alan Becker
WestWater is thrilled to announce the addition of Alan Becker as a Research Associate based in Sacramento, California. Alan’s charter with WestWater includes support for water rights valuations, water supply risk analyses, water market research, and various project management in California, Washington, and Arizona. In addition to the analysis and consulting work, Alan creates educational video content, helping simplify the complexities of water market research.
Prior to joining WestWater, he managed the water banking and water asset portfolios for several large Central Valley farming entities.

Alan holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agricultural Business and Water Resources Management from the California State University, Fresno.
